The exercises were simple but effective, helped me improve quite quickly.
Appointment times were convenient and rescheduling is easy.
Physiotherapist was easy to talk to and always helpful.

From the moment I came through the hospital door to being "signed off" (for now) everything was easy, efficient and really quite pleasant.
Thank you staff of St. Cross and especially Breeshey who I felt understood me very well and gave me all the right stuff to do well in solving my problems.

The kindness and explanation were clear from the beginning. My son felt relaxed and understood what was to take place. My grandson who came also was also spoken to and made to feel welcome. As the adult I had everything explained also. Very lovely environment for testing.
