Same physio at all appointment giving consistency and continuity.
Perhaps an MRI scan could have been done first so that problem is pinpointed on day 1.

Student physio - Danielle .
Danielle explained about the muscles and not to over work the arm and exercises to increase the mobility in the arm.
She was understanding and supportive.
The exercise I was shown after the break have help to increase the movement.
