Very prompt service. Staff showed great empathy towards my condition. Procedure was explained clearly and recommendation given about ways my situation could be improved plus information given about further procedure and why.

The kindness of the nursing staff.
Doctor who treat you intelligent people!
The cleanliness of the ward and I did no mind waiting-because staff were always ready to explain why.
One point I would made because of age it does not mean we cannot think or remember- many of us use computers!
