I suffer with seizures after an accident 3 years ago, I have learnt to manage them brilliantly however one of the triggers are certain lights, which seem to be in all hospitals and public buildings. Whatever the type of lights are in your hospital I would like to know, please could there be a darkened space to wait, instead of sitting under these lights, I feel sick as soon as I enter the waiting area, there must be many patients struggling with this.
Even though I've only been here a handful of times for pregnancy scans, the staff have always been so welcoming and friendly.
They take their time explaining things and answering our many questions. Sharon in particular is amazing - I feel I could ask her anything, she is so personable and knowledgeable.
A big thank you!
All very good.
More of explanations.
Everybody was kind.
Sharen was very patient with trying to locate baby and take measurements. Put mind at ease that all okay.
Dealt with quickly, got me in for observation.
Very friendly lady who scanned me.
