I suffer with anxiety and found veresection very distressing.
Jo Bunning put measures in place to ensure I suffer no distress. She is always very nice, happy and engaging to talk to. If it were not for JO I would still have found veresection upsetting.Jo Bunning is a credit to your hospital.

Given immediate and considerate attention when needed. Particularly at times when I was in difficulty and distress. Things always explained and repeated if I had not taken it in first time. Only one minor criticism - during a medicine round 2 staff talking in their own language. Does not give confidence to patients that they are concentrating.
