Staff were very attentive and caring. Unfortunately some of the rooms needed finishing, not comfortable or clean. (Building work currently).

The treatment centre/unit is very pleasant to stay in, everyone kind and attentive. Any questions not asked was 'are you okay?", and "you worried or scared?", I felt like I was flowing along with the process. I asked if I could hold a nurses hand in the theatre and did which was nice. Just a small thing.
Waiting to a minimum, would come again if I had to.

Care was fantastic as per usual.
I was treated maximum kindness and compassion.
I felt very safe and my procedure went smoothly with minimal discomfort.
I cannot think of any improvement that needs to be made.
