Initially I felt ignored when reporting severe discomfort around my cannulation (a procedure which I have had many times). However once Tracey was notified by my partner she reacted promptly and with compassion, I very much appreciated her help.

AAU staff were great. A and E staff could do with further improvement. Although I understand the pressure may make it difficult to be at their best.
