Nothing could be improved. All the staff were professional, polite, friendly and very supportive throughout. Although, I didn't plan to be brought into A and E via ambulance I was made to feel welcome with full respect throughout.

The radiographer was wonderful (Rachel).
She really listened and weighed up carefully whether the side effects of radiation were worth the risk compared to the necessity for an X-ray.
She appreciated our patience and understanding and the whole exchange made us feel valued and cared for.
