We would like to thank the whole team for all their help and patience, their kindness and compassion. Nothing has been too much trouble. It has been an incredibly difficult time for us to see the decline in mum since her fall and how much the dementia has accelerated. Thank you to all the nurses for trying to feed mum and to help her drink, attending to her needs and treating her all the time with compassion. Thank you to all the doctors for their support.

very caring staff from all - housekeeping clarke included. Volunteers also helpful. Given a lot of time to eat food. Treated as an individual.
Only improvements - would have been good to sort out incorrect ID sooner (mistake in A and E). Somewhere quiet to go when ward is noisy. Repair the broken blinds.

I was kept informed of everything that was happening.
Nurses were fantastic and dealt with anything I needed, much respect for them all. Food has been excellent. I stayed Friday, Wednesday. I ate from Tuesday very high standard of choice.
Very clean where I stayed. The lady was friendly. It all helped my recovery who cleaned.
