100% professional and very clean! All staff were amazing. But Millie stood out from the rest with her positive but firm attitude! Like having a mother at hospital with me! Thank you. Mr Lewin was also great.

Initial assessment was pretty dam quick. Initial diagnosis was wrong x-ray and scan were carried out and the real reason for discomfort was obvious. Treatment procedures were put into surgical or medicinal, I suggested surgery doctors said new medicinal service had proven successful so I agreed with some reluctance. The process was modified to suit my unique requirements after a few days of persistence. The medicinal solution proved successful.

It would be incredibly helpful to patients to have an indication of expected waiting time/how late clinics are running in order that they may communicate with work/family if they are going to be delayed. I understand the technology may need updating to be equivalent to the treatment centre or Addenbrookes oncology.
