Because of the service.
Just to say thank you for the care and support given to my dad during his stay. If it was a hotel, we would give you a 5 star rating! Due to his high level of care. He had grown in confidence and is not ready to go home. Thanks once again.
All staff friendly and chatty. Put me at ease from the first moment
Absolutely disgusted with the way I was spoken to today. My mum attended the pre assessment clinic and the ward were a little reluctant to do her bloods. I must add the nurse here was lovely. She sent my mum down to pathology as she didn’t want to hurt her. She said she will be seen straight away don’t worry. I was waiting at pathology reception to be firstly ignored by the person there. She was aware I was waiting and just carried on doing other work. Eventually she turned around and I said I was told she would be dealt with immediately. She rather curtly told me that she would be squeezed in and we would have to wait. I told her what I’d been told and she just spoke over me
From entering the hospital until leaving the staff were fantastic. They were friendly, helpful, efficient and nice. The hospital had a really good feel about it.
All staff lovely and helpful could not ask for better.
Staff are brilliant. Went out of their way to help.
Rheumatology reception always really helpful. Go above and beyond. Sherd be proud.
From going on the ward to leaving all the staff were brilliant.
