No problems.
A pleasant, friendly atmosphere.
I was involved every step of the way and given the appropriate information.
Cleanliness was very good.
Mr. Chambers, staff a penny were very efficient.
After a traumatic first birth I was dreading the second time round. But the midwives at the hospital coukdnt of been more accommodating during labour and the day after up until we was discharged. Nothing was too much for them.
Ward 26 no communication on what was happening. I was booked in to be induced when I attended was told they wasn’t expecting me then hours before someone came next day still not induced took untill the afternoon for anyone to come and see me and tell me what was happening. As a first time I was scared and no been told anything made things even worse. My little girl was delivered safely on the delivery suit and they was fantastic, but again not been listened to on ward 26 first when I told them my waters had broken early hours of morning and then a few hours later told then I needed to push it wasn’t untill they couldn’t get me on monitors I was checked and I was fully dilated and nearly didn’t make it up to delivery suit.
Staff very friendly and I was informed about every stage of my treatment. Great experience at good hospital.
I had nothing more to add top services.
All staff courtesy and very polite at all times.
