All staff were great, making me feel at ease, especially Sophia!
Do above.
Staff were very pleasant and helpful, food very good.
Wait times very long - unnecessarily. Not informed of what was going on some of the time.
Bloods not taken before discharge and was anaemic.
Very ill after I left (but not discharged from midwifery care), rang unit and was told to see GP - they would not see me again - I had had an emergency C-section.
Community midwife did not call when they said they would
Community midwife did not turn up on day 1 at home and was called and asked to go back into hospital as it was ‘easier for them’
I was phoned the following day by a health care assistant who started the call by asking ‘are you the one with the jaundice baby’
Was discharged before I had seen the infant feeding team and had to go back to see them as had problems feeding.
I had been an in-patient in August. This was a follow up appointment to check everything was OK. All the staff I encountered, as in my previous visits, were caring and friendly while being competent and professional.
My 96 year old dad asked me to say, he is happy with his catered operation it has changed his like he can once more do his hobble, models which means he has something to do and so his well being is also improved thank you from him and his.
