Staff are good and department is clean

Removal of appointments as all covid restrictions have been removed and it takes far too long to get an appointment it's putting patients at risk due to long waiting times. In addition the extra expenses admin and phone lines could pay for extra staff to perform the blood taking. Also it allows people to access when more easily.
