98% of care handled excellently. Always treated with dignity and respect.

Discharge communication initially between therapists and doctor. E.G. doctor wasn't aware therapists were planning discharge 2 weeks ago. Family were not informed that it's towel wash only and not shower. We had to push for commode with wheels. We feel he has worsened somewhat, not as mobile, again this was not communicated to us.
