I have breathing difficulties and I am exempt from wearing a face mask, but I do try and do my bit, so I wear a mouth visor, the nurse was very snotty about me not wearing a full face covering even though I told her I was exempt, she made a big issue of me wearing a mouth visor and made me feel very uncomfortable, I think it was very rude indeed. She said in a hospital environment I had to wear a surgical mask, I told her I had been in many hospital situations over the last year and not one other person had passed comment on my mouth visor or forced me to wear a mask, I'm sure it's not true that you are forced to wear a face covering if you are exempt! She also put my dressing on so loose that by the time I got to the car park it was coming off, it wasn't secure at all.

Suggested improvements
Given me a different nurse who is better trained in covid rules and dressing wounds.
