The service I received was very quick and well cared for. The staff always have a smile and are very attentive. So pleased we have this hospital as the only other option would be to go either to Clacton or Colchester where the queues would be very long and would take hours to of been seen and treated.

I could of been told a bit more on how to look after my sprained ankle. I was told to elevate it and take paracetamol for the pain but not how bad my sprain was or how long before I should take weight on it. Maybe a leaflet on sprains would be good. It's only a small thing but saves you googling it and possibly doing yourself more harm.
