Waiting time in A&E from seeing initial assessment to doctor,
Staff in CDU ward extremely friendly but not the dinner lady.

It was very quickly. Everything was fantastic. Good helpful staff. There is nothing to be improved, as I said doctor nurse, all staff were very polite and attentive.

This is my first baby, last night after 9pm they did not change my baby's nappy, I saw it at the morning time and I was really disappointed about that. Every mothers is concerned about their baby, but I had a C section on 19/2/14 so it was very difficult for me to manage my baby. So I hope this situation will be improved. Thanks.

The waiting time was actually shorter that I thought it would be- I mean could have been shorter but good surgery. Attentive staff, but could have been a bit more delicate.
