I attended the hospital for a fracture on my wrist. Jackie Pascall and Dr Nagraj ensured that I was processed as quickly and efficiently as possible. They made me feel at home given the unpleasant circumstances, turning a bad experience into a better one. Jackie kept an eye on me as I was being bounced between the X-ray unit, A&E and made sure I was not lost in the system. My thanks to you both!
