The physiotherapists really know what they are doing- very personal care to the person is what they need - also make them harder to push you to do better and when to make easier when struggling.
Need to improve the waiting period to be seen by a physio- the wait to get in really shouldn't be more than 3 months.
Being given correct information about my condition to help me understand how I help myself to do the exercises properly and improve my difficulty with walking and exercising.
All good.
Great kindness and care to explain reasons for the exercises.
I saw the handsome Manny for my shoulder and Mr Kadika in hospital. Both are excellent medics.
Showed me how to manage my pain. Good, simple exercises for me to follow. Massages that have relieved the pain and discomfort. Good recommendations for pain relief and how to manage my pain.
Gemma was excellent. Very clear with her instructions. She quickly identified my issues. She was very encouraging and gave me plenty of exercises.
Everything fully explained very clearly. Gave me an understanding of my joint problem and what I need to do to improve and maintain the improvement. Useful exercises given and referral made for further help and improvement.
Gemma treated me with kindness and patience and did her very best to help me. She is a credit to the NHS. She has shown me exercises that I can easily do at home which I feel have already help=ed. From Jenny the receptionist to Gemma, the whole experience is to be commended.
