I started anxious left happy and excited.
Thanks for your feedback. Normally, around 6-8 weeks prior to the first appointment of the GIC we run a ‘Welcome Workshop’ which provides an overview of what to expect in your clinical pathway with us, including the type of information we will be asking for. Regrettably, the COVID-19 pandemic made running such sessions impossible during the periods of lockdown between 2020-2021. We have now recommenced the workshop and we are also providing a general indication in patient’s first appointment letters to indicate what information we are likely to ask for.
All I need to say is fantastic care, Hannah was bright, cheerful & so positive. I trusted all her judgement as to my needs she listened, understood, remembered & encouraged. What a credit to Northants health team.
The exercises that I have to do have improved my life. I am more mobile and losing weight. I can’t see any way the service could be improved the lady who dealt with me was great.
Great service, knowledgeable, understanding, and patient staff. Times/waiting lists are always an issue for GICs but i’m aware Northampton has one of the shortest.
I felt listened to and I also felt the treatment was progressive- on one occasion even non binary identities were discussed which was great to hear. During all of the physical checks I felt safe and there were always 2 members of staff present for those so that was good.
Thank you for your kind words. Your comment about waiting lists is helpful as we deal with commissioners as we try to increase capacity. Best wishes, Hugh Jones, patient Experience Manager.
It was quick, to the point, and incredibly helpful.
Most of the staff have been outstanding some of the staff have more way beyond of help and kindness.
Thank you for your kind words. I have forwarded your comment about the food to the catering manager. Best wishes, Hugh Jones, patient Experience Manager.
