I felt like the Dr I spoke to was extremely condescending. The matters I spoke about regarding my medication were dismissed and I was literally told that the heart palpitations I am experiencing are all in my head. I explained how I feel emotionally and the dr said 'bless you'. There was no help or suggestions given. I mentioned that my anxiety is driving a lot of my moods, he did say therapy could be offered, then when I said I felt that was a good idea, he back tracked and didn't follow through. I felt extremely let down and like there is no point in asking for help. As someone who struggles with their mental health this could be extremely detrimental to my progress.

I did not have any phone conversation or other correspondence with this service. I was sent a text from them and discussed it with my doctor. I did not take it further.

Absolutely shocking being left to manage on my own without adequate meds when phoning the crisis team you get told to have a a cup of tea and a bath! Not good for someone struggling with life! I’m on my 4th psychiatrist in a year and I’m not any further forward than I was then! Completely let down by the service

Nobody has spoken to me since my initial assessment. I have no idea what is happening and what is going to happen.

I've never heard of Southwood. No one has contacted me regarding a medical review which my GP referred me for. A nurse did ring from the hub but I've heard nothing since
