Strange wording of the question. Telephone consultations maybe quicker/more convenient but the lack of face to face hides body language and spontaneous questions. It's been several weeks since my follow up about changing the prescription dosage which, is a shortfall in care.

My Psychologist worked with me, gained my trust and was always sensitive to my faith and my beliefs. I always felt informed and included in my treatment.
I was always made to feel safe and at ease during my EMDR, knowing I could stop at any time. My safe place had been well embedded and I was always bought back into the here and now before leaving a session. I trusted my time with my psychologist and was helped enormously.
At my appointment I was made put at ease my doctor was very informative and friendly and answered all my questions.
Outstanding support. Appointments totally useful and learned how to move forward with all of the techniques, just having a listening ear has saved me.
Timely information and correspondence with all staff.
Felt safe and respected.
Thorough but well explained informed, listened and felt respected throughout.
