I saw a neuro physiotherapist who watched me walk and gave me some exercises to do in the gym and at home. The fact that she understands MS and talks clearly are plus points. Decided on what was achieveable and goals.

My care was perfectly kept, helped to feel secure and not afraid of anything. They made me feel I would get better and start my life again. I am sure with their help I will succeed to be a normal citizen which at times I thought impossible. I thank them all for my success and helping me to continue my life. I will miss them when they are no longer with me but I cant be greedy!
