This enabled me to come out and join in a group session with others alike and has helped me with my physical mobility of being a little more flexible in my joints. Also it has encouraged me to do more exercise that I can do at home in my daily schedule.

I was listened to by my physio who has explained every aspect of what will happen by continuing with exercises he gave me. I feel more confident in my everyday life to get better mobility in my shoulder and elbow. The service is excellent so no improvement necessary. Thank you so much.

Teaching was very clear and Sarah the Physio was pleasant and positive. Only thing that could be improved was adding weights to some of the standing exercises.
