All the district nurses that comes and visit my husband are knid, caring, considerate and understanding. they are also polite and hardworking. I had no complain with their services whatsoever.

Because 'my care' in intermediate cathaterization I do need visits at regular intervals and mostly the nurses can manage to do this but occasionally they simply cannot achieve this. Twice recently I have been left off the list but this is an 'administrative' fault

. understanding and knowledgabel dietitican- symopathetic to my situation/doifficulties . Clear explaination of treatment . Approachable and willing to answer questions/give practical advice . Accessibility - able to contact via email when necessary
