I was extremely lucky to be accepted to join this copd class at shotfield Wallington for their course and have found this to be so beneficial in helping with my breathing and general fitness. The teachers were very understanding and helpful in every way possible. I would recommend this constructive instruction class to anyone with COPD and emphysema . Evelyn jiggens
