I do appreciate the support as I did feel a bit on my own. I suppose I should have continued with the physiotherapy exercises but the arthritis has made it very difficult for me. I have been told I must exercise so this is an ideal opportunity to get really started.

Actual face to face was very good indeed. However, the admin sent me a letter to start the class on the wrong day. There was no class and no one answered the phone and it was only when I wrote a letter that a got a most apologetic response.
