Fortunate to get weekly appointment for the fist month or so. I think that made a big difference to my progress. Problem was a frozen right shoulder. Very skilled physiotherapist (Vin).

The appointment system does not inform people of how the process works. I wasn't told that it's a first come first served system. Also I didn't receive a confirmation with my appointment or any details on where to come. I had to call on Friday to check my appointment was taking place.
