I do not like to triage system, it should be made clear that although your appointment is at a certain time you will probably not be seen until much later. This should be made very clear when the appointment is made on the phone. Very helpful with the actual physio appt.

My ethnicity is none of your beeswax. Disappointed to find out that my appointment time was not an appointment time but a time to turn up and wait an undisclosed amount of time. I've taken time off work and paid for a babysitter and now have no idea how long I'll be here. I wasn't under the impression that this was a walk in clinic, I thought I had an appointment. Staff are friendly.
