I attended MSK in May 2018 after my decision regarding my continued treatment to relieve (not cure) my 37 year lower back pain problem were taken away from my brilliant consultant Dr Martin Gardner at St Helier/Epsom pain management clinic in June 2017. My experience at MSK Jubilee Centre has been even better than I expected. The two Physiotherapists providing advice and exercises (three sessions in the gym, concluding today) have been friendly, understanding and helpful. The exercises learnt since 5/2018 have been additions and have been included in my own 40 minute daily routine carried out every day at home, disc degenerative is my problem. I would like to than Sarah and Matt for their encouragement and for teaching me some extra exercises that have increased my confidence in managing a no cure condition.

The delivery of equipment could be improved when you first leave hospital. The two Therapists were very pleasant and professional and accommodating
