The care was very good. I understand more about what is wrong with me.
I have needed nursing care since my husband died 4 years ago. After 3 brain hemorrhages 18 years ago I was left incontinent and need help in self catheterization 3 times a day, which of course includes a twilight visit. All the nurses who attend me are kind and caring and carry out the procedure cheerfully and considerately. I could not expect better care and I thank them all for keeping me comfortable.
I enjoyed the visits very much. The treatment was welcomed and well received, many thanks.
Good and quick, no waiting.
All good.
Respectful and friendly.
Being told what was happening and cause of my problem
Excellent service, thank you.
My care was extremely good and there was nothing to improve on.
Had a formal chat, reassessed general condition, referred to proper department for x-ray.
