The two OT's were very patient, kind and professional. There were arrange a range of different activities which varied from week to week. Ideas for home were simple and easy to implement.

The Dr (Nick Sullivan) was extremely knowledgeable about the subject and was helpful in explaining bio mechanical causes of the symptoms and how to alleviate them. Physio was knowledgeable and gave me multiple stretches to try even when the first one didn't work well, she found work around.
