I am always treated as a human being and not just another patient. The physio I see remembers my case and I don't have to keep telling him about everything every time I see him. After discussing treatment he always asks if that's ok and keeps me included in my treatment and tells me what is gong to happen to me next. Another appointment (if needed) is always made before I leave with a place and time and date that is agreeable to me.
