I was lucky to attend the physiotherapy sessions before I had my total knee replacement. This relieved a lot of pain I had. After my total knee replacement the care giver were extremely helpful, especially in explaining in detail how my different muscles work and that I needed to keep at it consistently along with my physiotherapy. Very pleasing.
