I had to wait 40 mins to be seen by the consultant! I really do not understand how an appointment first thing in the morning is so delayed when there were no patients before me. The consultant seemed in no urgency to see me despite the delay and there was no apology forthcoming. I was late for work and get paid hourly so any significant delay is costly. I don't think I've ever been seen on time - I make the effort to arrive on time so why can't I be seen on time?
