Too many forms to fill in, was impractable - left glasses at home so could not see.
Medication list at home. I did not like the idea that someone over my shoulder as I am filling in my form. No privacy. Waited 1 hour 30 minuets for my 13.00 appointment. Form is hard as I have dyslexia.
