I appreciated the promptness that the support started when I came from hospital. (I was contacted the day after being discharged) and the frequency that my physiotherapist and OT was able to visit me. I also appreciated that they came to see me at home as it would have been difficult for me to travel to see my therapist at that frequency. Both therapist were kind, friendly and respectful, and thorough in making sue I had understood everything and asking whether I had any other concerns. I would have preferred it if I could have had the same OT for a longer period than 6 weeks. I appreciated that my specific goals and rehabilitation needs were respected and prioritized rather than being a generalized target outcome.
