Excellent management of unit. Consultant in the waiting area studying notes and assigning the individual to the appropriate member of staff to ensure the correct level of expertIse was provided to each case. The only improvement I can think of is that the gym was mixed and therefore some females might not have been comfortable with the fact there was a man in what appeared to be just boxer shorts. His member of staff should have drawn the curtain even though the patient wasn't bothered as it might have embarrassed another female patient. Apart from that my visit and care was excellent.
