To be improved: keeping closer to appointment times. If this is not possible then please keep patients informed of delayed waiting times. This is the reason for response to Q1 and Q3 above. I have experienced long delays on several occasions. Q5 response tricky as there are two aspects to these issues, waiting times and clinical aspect.
Good: as Q7 & 6 below. Also clinical care very good and clinician had a good bedside manner and was very pleasant.
