Staff are always polite and helpful and home care avoids hospital admissions. What could be improved: We were initially advised that district nurses would do ordering of supplies to be delivered to our home (this makes sense as they obviously know what they need). However, this never happened and finally we had to sort this out ourselves but it has been a long time.
