I was unwell physiotherapist Steve was very supportive and helped me with my mobility.
My daughter's OT was very helpful organising equipment and giving advice for home and school.
Dr made a very respectable impression. Calm, listened gave advice and did what she could. I gave fewer stars on how I was involved in any decisions because I should only be involved so much, that is why I need to see a doctor. I don’t support patients coming in trying to dictate everything. I also gave fewer stars on the waiting time. As I came with an appointment and was seen immediately this didn’t apply.
Thank you for your feedback on your attendance to the GP OOH service in Oxford. All clinical notes when completed are immediately electronically emailed to the GP surgery to be added to the patient notes. If you would like to contact PALS@oxfordhealth.nhs.uk we will be able to look into your attendance and review whether the notes were electronically transferred to your surgery after being seen.
Clear explanations.
I was listened to.
The whole experience
My daughter is finding the sessions useful and via teams meetings means she is comfortable in her own home to open up and discuss issues and not have a stressful car journey.
