Review of BSW CAMHS Crisis at Home Treatment Service
17th July 2024

From The moment the CAHTS team met lyla ,the improvement occurred, it was amazing to watch, was it easy, no , sometimes hard to hear lylas thoughts via the home team, I believe lyla wouldn’t be here if it weren’t for them coming to our home to support Lyla, they were kind, caring and knowledgeable.. Pheobe came to Our home, she was like an angel who came and took lyla under her wing and guided & supported her, I will always be grateful for the support..

Suggested improvements
nothing, the service was exceptional

Review of Cotswold House Marlborough
16th July 2024

Suggested improvements
due to a difficult atmosphere on the ward and challenging behaviour staff stresses can be taken out onto other patients. challenging behaviours of patients not being managed and is affecting everyone elses treatment- hard to understand how this could be a environment to recover in when the ward is like this. care not always indvidualised to patients and there needs, despite care plans and passports to tailour their care- dosent feel like staff are reading these and implementing these changes.

Staff are very friendly and approachable (even though busy, they make time to talk / give support).

Review of Cotswold House Marlborough

staff were approachable Support during meal times When groups were run, they were well targeted effectively 1:1 support, WHEN I realised I could have this every day and at least twice a day, it was very useful

Suggested improvements
Each day needs to have a similar number of groups - a minimum of 3 each day would be ideal - more than this is a bit too much. Ensure all patients are aware that they need to be offered at least 2 1:1 sessions per day and what the purpose of these are
