As an aged female I requested a lady carer for mornings to assist with bathing 80% of the time I had a male carer so missed ba{ }. Many female morning { } were assigned after 10 am all carers were polite and ready to help that I cannot allow a male to wash me.
Suggested improvements
Timings one day a female carer arrived at 11:45 warly shift and lunch carer then cer{ } 12:30 pm! I would suggest we are informed atleast a day ahead the approximate time of visit.
