I had a home visit from Helen although she was very good and offered more help in a way to contact other organisations like Home carers i did contact them but felt they was not very helpful and declined their help but as i said Helen was was helpful. Helen sent me some information to do some exercises and did try. Helen also explained to me about getting walking aids.

Although Helen was very good unfortunately i felt she could not answer all the questions i asked as they was about other organisations and required myself to ask around to get additional help.
