The OT visit was very fruitful, both OTs were kind with both myself and my daughter. They asked plenty of questions to have the full picture and provided valuable advice personalised to our daily life. They were not in a rush to leave and I feel like I was listened to and that my daughter's needs were considered and understood. The wait was long for us to be seen, but definitely worth. I am impressed with the quality of the service provided.
