Lexi has been admitted for treatment of OCD and anxiety and seemed for the first few days that she was treated for an eating disorder. There have been a couple of standout staff members that have got to know lexi well.

I feel the communication in relation to visiting, eating and also the type of phone allowed could have been handled vastly better, ideally by providing the information to the parents prior to admission as it caused upset for both Lexi and Mum and Dad.
