Suggested improvements
Communication - if calls were made during agreed times and days. Not being told that I would receive some therapy to then be told I might not be able to. Been offered irrelevant services. Empathy - some empathy in the assessment would have been good so that it was less uncomfortable to talk openly about sensitive subjects. Understanding - being offered irrelevant services or being told that 111 was helpful when I had already had 2 recent instances of them being unhelpful, perhaps if there was an understanding that these services or options may not be appropriate for my needs, it would have avoided frustration.
