No.
My mother suffers from Parkinson's Disease which has now reached an advanced stage. I cannot imagine how my mum's condition could have been managed without the support and regular medication adjustments provided by our wonderful Parkinsons Nurses over the years. Initially by Richard Glasspool and now by Sharon Prendergast over the last 18 months or so. They are an absolute lifeline and have helped my mum through some very difficult times. For myself it is a comfort to know there is always a knowledgeable professional to go to for advice when symptoms change or get worse and that that person has the power to adjust medication or timings straight away without waiting for a consultant appointment. Not only do they visit in mum's own home for face to face reviews, they are always a phone call or an email away when I need advice and that is vital with a progressive disease like Parkinsons. I, and more importantly my mum, could not do without them.
All was satisfactory.
Well looked after and lovely staff.
Knowledgeable and looked after me very well.
I was fully informed of what the procedure was the possibilities of complications post surgery the steps and should take to minimise complications and what action I should take if the abore occured. Personally I cannot fault my care pre or post the operation.
Nothing to improve on. Staff are all friendly and helpful. The whole process was explained from start to finish with a brilliant outcome.
Everyone was careing towards her situations.
All procedures were explained well, and everyone was helpful.
