All through out my child’s care I was consulted and asked if I was happy with the next steps or process

Sending charting across through email didn’t always work so maybe being able to send through using what’s app or similar would have been easier and more convenient

The health visitor was brilliant, friendly and very polite. However, my baby is very attached to me and not so friendly with strangers, he cried when being weighted, which the lady cannot be blamed for as she was amazing :)
